Kristen Brown is Principal Consultant and Certified Executive Coach with Development Edge. She has an extensive background coaching executives and high potential leaders. Kristen works with leaders at all levels to design strategies and implement action plans to help them realize their potential, reach their career and personal goals and achieve business results. Kristen possesses a depth of knowledge in assessment, succession planning, leadership development, organization effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution and communications. Kristen's 20 years of HR experience with leading businesses has provided her with insight into what organizations' seek in leaders, as well as a keen understanding of the importance of personal clarity on values, passions, strengths and purpose to chart a successful path. Multi cultural experience includes Europe, Central America, Australia/New Zealand, Malaysia, South Africa, India, and North America.

Kristen has advanced in leadership roles, guided teams in large and complex work environments and influenced organizational processes to accelerate leadership performance. Most recently, Kristen led the talent, diversity and learning function for a leading Canadian pharmaceutical retailer, and supported the acquisition program bringing together two of the largest retailers in Canada. Previous experience in the retail, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and not-for-profit sectors provide a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges faced by today's leaders.
